Let’s face it. No one really wants to think about their undies. That’s why we designed ‘set and forget’ undies so comfortable and invisible, you may as well not be wearing any at all. (Oh, and they keep your lady region healthy and happy too!)

- Flexible material seamlessly moves with your body as it changes shape
- Keeps your intimates dry where it matters: Quick-dry, wicking away any moisture (preventing moisture being trapped which can lead to bacterial infections). A superfine natural cotton layer is moisture-absorbent while letting your downstairs breathe, serving as a protective barrier between your skin and any harmful moisture
- Material composition: Nylon and Spandex blend. Superfine cotton inner layer.
Check out our SIZING PAGE for more information. These are a slightly small fit, but they will give and relax a little after a few wears. If you think you might be borderline between sizes, then we recommend to go up a size.
UNDERWEAR:
Treat with care: Cold machine wash with friendly detergent. Wash like colors together. Hang out to dry. Do not bleach or iron.
YOGA MATS & TOWELS
We recommend machine washing towels and yoga mats a couple of times a year to maintain freshness. In between machine washes, just spray with a cleaning solution and wipe down with a cloth or sponge. We recommend a natural cleaner such as a few drops of eucalyptus oil in water.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: For yoga mats, towels and totes put the item on a gentle cycle on its own with a little bit of washing powder.
Hang out to dry. Its better for the item and the environment.

The best undies for underneath activewear. I have tried several brands but these are the only ones that have been truly invisible. I was a bit worried with the leg finish being so minimal that they would ride up during activity but they were perfect! They did not move during lunges, squats, burpees and running, I was flabbergasted. And my butt does like to make undies ride up so that was no small feat. For sizing reference, I was right in between the hip measurement for M and L and I bought the L.
